QSI has undertaken an inhouse project to develop an automatic language translation services/tool based on voice commands.

The tool covers the translation of speech input in one language into speech output in another language over internet and mobile networks through API. Although conventional translation systems may be able to provide reasonably quick spec to speech translation, it is often difficult to foresee a particular user’s translation need. An API available 24 X 7 in the major languages of the world overcomes this constrain.


The tool will address a need for translation services with the capability of providing real time translation services over existing telecommunication and networks. These will include systems and methods for providing automated voice translation services to user of various telecommunications devices, such as conventional, mobile and internet VOIP phones. The tool will also offer systems and methods to expand and configure translation services to the needs of the users. In particular, the tool has options to cover additional languages and not just English as one of the converting languages and will also provide multiple payments option chief among them would be a pay as you use concept based on amount of conversion as well as a monthly subscription model.
